How do Aviation Regulations Correlate to the 9100 Standard?

AAQG, EAQG, IAQG, Standards

Due to the industry importance of Aviation regulations and the continuing maturity of 9100 implementation, it is reasonable to identify the relationship between the current Airworthiness regulations and the 9100 standard requirements.

A set of correlation matrices showing the relationship between the EASA and FAA regulation paragraphs and the 9100 clauses have been produced and can be accessed in 9100 Support Materials.

Further work is in progress to identify the relationship between the 9110 requirements and the Aviation regulations for Continued Airworthiness that will be published by the end of 2019.

The 9100-Series team encourages you to review this information and provide any feedback based upon your experience within your organization.

The IAQG posts clarifications to provide insights to the 9100-series standard.  The clarification file is reviewed semi-annually at IAQG meetings and updated shortly after the meeting.  Here is the May 2019 9100:2016 Series Clarification Table revision.
