The OASIS Insights experience is expanding with the launch of the Audit Preparation Report, designed to help organizations approach upcoming audits with clearer context, practical considerations, and data-driven tools. Housed directly within the audit record, the Audit Preparation Report consolidates audit-prep considerations, analysis, and actionable tools to help suppliers get ready for their upcoming audit.

Who can access it, and when it is generated

The report is accessible in real time to the supplier, and their auditor and Certification Body (CB). It is generated when the audit request is sent to the auditor and is refreshed every 120 days thereafter if the audit has not moved to “In Progress.”

What makes it different

The Audit Preparation Report blends IAQG’s years of audit experience with modern analytics to review a supplier’s history across prior audits and surface cross-audit summaries that support preparation for the next audit. By analyzing prior audit results at scale, the report highlights trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) across an audit cycle. It also includes bringing KPIs from Process Effectiveness Assessment Reports (PEARs) and across audits into one place. This is designed to help the auditee focus on what matters most.
